ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your preferred weekly meal plan. Choose between 5 or 10 meals per week, with optional add-ons available.

When is the order deadline?

All orders must be placed by Friday at 5 PM for the following week’s delivery.

Can I place a one-time order?

Yes. You can choose a one-time weekly order or enroll in a subscription for ongoing deliveries.


🚚 DELIVERY

When are meals delivered?

Meals are delivered twice weekly to ensure freshness:

  • Monday (early morning) — meals for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
  • Wednesday (midday) — meals for Thursday, Friday
  • Optional Saturday meals available

Where do you deliver?

  • Complimentary delivery is available in Miami Lakes
  • Delivery is included for surrounding areas within approximately 10 miles
  • Extended delivery is available outside this radius for an additional fee

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Meals are delivered in insulated packaging to maintain freshness. We recommend placing a cooler or designated area for drop-off if you are not home.

How are meals prepared?

All meals are chef-prepared using fresh, balanced ingredients designed to support a healthy and convenient lifestyle.

How should I store my meals?

Meals should be refrigerated upon delivery and consumed within the recommended timeframe provided.

How do I reheat my meals?

Meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven depending on preference. Instructions are included with your meals.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do our best to accommodate common dietary preferences, but we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen.

Can I request substitutions?

Limited modifications may be available depending on the weekly menu. Please contact us prior to ordering for any special requests.

Do you guarantee allergen-free meals?

We cannot guarantee meals are completely free of allergens due to shared preparation environments.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Subscriptions can be paused or skipped through your account.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can update your plan before the weekly order deadline.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account prior to the order cutoff.

Yes. Family-style meals are available and designed to serve approximately 4 people, with optional additional servings.
