Delivery Policy


🚚 DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Meals are delivered twice weekly to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Monday (early morning) — meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Thursday (early morning) — meals for Thursday and Friday
  • Optional Saturday meals are delivered with the thursday drop-off

 

📦 DELIVERY PROCESS

All meals are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at the designated drop-off location. We recommend leaving a cooler or insulated bag if you will not be available.

 

📍 DELIVERY AREAS

  • Complimentary delivery is available within Miami Lakes
  • Delivery is included for surrounding areas within approximately 3 miles
  • Extended delivery outside this radius may be available for an additional fee

 

⏰ ORDER DEADLINE

All orders must be placed by:

👉 Friday at 5:00 PM

for the following week’s delivery.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery week.

 

❄️ FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE

Meals are delivered fresh and should be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.

OMG Love That Kitchen is not responsible for meals left outside for extended periods of time after delivery has been completed.


🔁 MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address
  • lack of access
  • unsafe conditions

the order may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion, and additional delivery fees may apply.

🧾 CHANGES & DELIVERY NOTES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions at checkout.

Any changes to delivery details must be submitted prior to the weekly order cutoff.


🚫 NO-SHOW / LIABILITY

Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • stolen packages
  • weather-related damage
  • improper storage after delivery
